The body was designed to heal itself and does it effectively every day. Physiological stress keeps that from happening easily and freely. Disease cannot live in a body with a happy and healthy emotional state.
Remember, our thoughts continuously reorganize, reassemble and recreate our body. It is done unto you as you believe. Make it a point to meditate every night just before falling asleep.
